Orders & Payment

Do I need an account to place an order?

No! You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster checkout and order tracking in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital payment providers, including PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on it. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Orders typically process within 1-3 business days, plus shipping transit time. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on orders

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? 

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. See our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return? 

Email us at customerservice@truckdontcare.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. A $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size? 

The fastest way to get the right size is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the item while it's still in stock. 

How long do refunds take? 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. 

Products

How do I find the right size? 

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted look, depending on your preference. 

Do your items fit true to size? 

Most styles fit true to size. Any exceptions are noted in the product description. Check the size guide and customer reviews for additional fit guidance. 

Will colors look exactly the same in person? 

We strive for accuracy in our product photography, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting. If you have questions about a specific color, contact us before ordering. 

How should I care for my TDC gear? 

Care instructions are included on each garment's label and listed on the product page. Generally, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low to preserve print quality.

Limited Releases & Drops

How do I find out about new releases? 

Sign up for our email list and follow us on social media (@truckdontcare) to be the first to know about new drops, restocks, and exclusive releases. 

Will sold-out items be restocked? 

Some items are limited edition and won't return. Others may be restocked based on demand. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be alerted if an item becomes available again.
