Shipping

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. 

Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. 

Shipping Options & Rates 

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your TDC account. 

Returns

Return Eligibility 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

• Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
In original packaging (if applicable)
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
Items marked as "Final Sale"
Items returned after 14 days from delivery
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email customerservice@truckdontcare.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll review your request and send a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

Return Shipping Fee

A flat $8.00 return shipping fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of the prepaid return label. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, the return shipping fee will be waived. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account. 

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible while it's still in stock. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at customerservice@truckdontcare.com with: 

• Your order number
Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
Description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no additional cost.
